Changes to 458/459 from 4 August 18/08/2026

 

From Sunday 30 August 2025 we'll be making changes to the timetable on route 458/459 between Staines, Walton on Thames and Kingston or Whiteley Village.

Route 458

458 runs between Staines, Shepperton, Walton on Thames, Hersham, Esher, Thames Ditton and Kingston.

There are no changes to the times of journeys on route 458, however if you are using route 459 between Staines and Hersham there are some minor changes - see below.

Route 459

459 runs between Staines, Shepperton, Walton on Thames, Hersham and Whiteley Village.

We're making some small changes to the 459 timetable to offer better connections with route 555 journeys at Walton on Thames. The following journeys are affected, journeys at other times remain unchanged:

Mondays to Fridays: 0715, 0815, 1615 and 1815 from Staines to Whiteley Village.
Mondays to Fridays: 0605 and 0705 from Whiteley Village to Staines.

Combined with the 458, buses run up to every 30 minutes - 7 days a week between Staines and Hersham.

Connect at Walton on Thames for the 555 to Ashford, Heathrow and Hatton Cross. Through fares are available - just let your driver know where you're travelling for the best value fare.
